Every guild under this banner runs on the same standard of accountability: no guild's leadership answers to no one but itself, and the people who do the actual work of building a guild — recruiting, organizing, showing up night after night — don't get quietly pushed out once it's grown past needing them. That's not a slogan. It's the entire reason this structure exists instead of just being one more guild with one more Discord.

From there, you'll be able to choose the guild that actually fits — as a founding member of its roster, not just another name added to a guild that's already full.
